The poor quality of sheabutter produce by traditional women as a result of poor filtering and lack of filtering materials in africa particularly Ghana. To reverse the trend, filtering materials must be abundant and accessible to traditional processors in Ghana. If this is address, with little technical support, the quality of traditionally handcrafted sheabutter can be assured in Ghana.
